Dear Pak Syafril,
User kami merasa sudah kirim emil ke penerima, namun penerima merasa tidak
menerima email tersebut Pak. Setelah saya cek di smtp log MD ternayata saya
menemukan log sebagai berikut. Apakah hal ini disebabkan koneksi internet
terputus pada saat mail ditransmisikan ?. Atau apakah SMTP ISP yang kami
yang mengalami gangguan Pak ?. Apakah kalo kalu link sudah restored mail
diresend ulang atau tidak, karena di sisi user tidak ada notifikasi
bahwasanya email itu gagal delivery. Terima kasih atas expert advise Bapak.
