User kami sudah melakukan reply email, namun setelah direply penerima merasa tidak menerima balasan email tersebut. Setelah saya cek di log saya temukan lognya sebagai berikut. Bedasarkan log email berikut apakah semua penerima tidak menerima email tersebut. ? Kalo ada salah satu email address yang salah seharusnya kan cuma email tersebut (yang salah) saja yang tidak terima, tapi kenapa penerima tidak merasa menerima email tersebut. Dan user(sender) tidak menerima undelivery mail notifikasi email masuk ke retry Queue. Mohon pencerahan atas hal kami tersebut.
