Ini problem di DNS resolver yang tidak resolve PTR record IP 31.216.132.80.
Diganti atau ditambahkan (free) public DNS : 1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8, 9.9.9.9

masukkan kedalam "Manually configured DNS servers".
Pastikan Use Windows DNS servers non aktif.
Kalau DNS ditambahkan, ubah urutannya agar public DNS diurutan atas.
