Mail server domain kaha.com [209.95.59.216, slmp-550-127.slc.westdc.net
alias mp.kaha.com] tidak punya DNS PTR record sehingga ditolak oleh
server gmail.com.
Umumnya hal ini terjadi kalau traffic mail dari server mp.kaha.com ke
gmail.com tinggi, sudah melewati basic rate limit domain gmail.com.
Disamping itu, server slmp-550-127.slc.westdc.net tidak mendukung SPF
Forwarding sehingga tolakkan mail saat forward dikembalikan ke original
sender [email protected].
Sarankan agar recipient [email protected] menon aktifkan mail forwarding di
mail hosternya.
Pilihan lain, pindahkan mail domain kaha.com ke MDaemon server
mail.kahatex-ind.com (catatan: MDaemon mendukung multi domain run in
single IP atau multi IP).
