1. Saat meneruskan ke back office server (server yang menyimpan user
mailbox) gagal karena backoffice server tidak trusted SMTPrelay
esa1.sonicwall.id [43.250.77.5].
2. Salah satu recipient melakukan mail autoforward ke external-account
lain di internet, dan ditolak karena backoffice server tidak mendukung
SPF forwarding.
Dalam hal terjadi seperti itu mestinya original sender
i...@reindosyariah.co.id terima DSN/Bounce notification dari
esa1.sonicwall.id (untuk problem no 1) atau dari server *.bumida.co.id
(untuk problem no 2).
Minta sender i...@reindosyariah.co.id untuk memeriksanya.
Di DSN message itu mestinya ada informasi yang lebih rinci mengenai
problem persisnya.
