Pagi pak Sahril, alhamdulillah sudah solved, karena kami coba di
settingan active sync , exclude foldernya kami buang.
Exclude folder di outlook bukankah hanya saat search saja?
Atau maksudnya exclude folder di MDaemon activesync?

Tapi ini ada case baru pak, di beberapa user, FOLDER JUNK-EMAIL jadi 2.
Kalau dari server defaultnya adalah JUNK-EMAIL, nah, tahu2 keluar folder
JUNK dengan penulisan JUNKEMAIL ( tanpa ada tanda - nya ). Kalau di
logout baru folder itu hilang.

Itu karena outlook cache file (*.OST) terlambat update.
Exclude folder dimana file *.OST tersimpan dari Antivirus Realtime
Scanning di PC akan mengatasi hal ini.
