The particular part to pay attention to is in RFC1855 --

The fundamental source of poor email style is the practice of quoting

Setelah kami coba kirim email kembali ternyata masih sama errornya, jd
memang kemungkinan settingan mrk yg masalah ya pak.
Sebenarnya bukan di mereka (pemilik mail domain @collins.com), tetapi
ISP yang Anda pakai melakukan DNS hijacking (DNS redirecting) sehingga
hasil resolvenya salah.
Hal itu dilakukan oleh ISP terhadap corporate connection atas perintah
MenKominfo yang baru, yang menginterpretasikan aturan lama perihal
Internet Positive (Internet Sehat), dan mengganggap bahwa domain
collins.com adalah "situs pornography atau situs terorism".

diarahkan ke IP milik myrepublic.net.id, sekalipun dnsquerynya ke public
DNS.
