Kami sedang ada implementasi server CRM SVOC dengan menggunakan aplikasi 
email Microsoft Dynamic 365.
Namun ada terkendala dengan pengiriman email nya dengan error sebagai 
berikut :


Email cannot be sent for mailbox "Your mailbox is now connected to Dynamics 
365" because either a server certificate needed to connect to the email 
server could not be validated or the credentials used to send email are 
incorrect or do not provide access. Mailbox "Your mailbox is now connected 
to Dynamics 365" didn't synchronize. A notification about this is posted on 
the alerts wall for the owner of the email server profile Customer Individu.

One possibility is that you are trying to connect to a port which does not 
support SSL/TLS.
The other possibility is that the SSL certificate presented by the server is 
not trusted by the system for one or more of the following reasons:
1. The server is using a self-signed certificate which cannot be verified.
2. The local system is missing a Root or Intermediate certificate needed to 
verify the server's certificate.
3. The certificate presented by the server is expired or invalid.

Yang sudah kami lakukan adalah antara lain sebagai berikut :
1. Menambahkan Certificate domain kami pada server CRM SVOC
2. Mengubah port smtp di aplikasi SVOC MS Dynamic 365 dengan menggunakan SSL 
port 465 ataupun tanpa SSL port 25 / 587, tetap muncul error yang sama.
3. Testing menggunakan aplikasi email thunderbird pada server CRM SVOC, 
email berhasil terima dan berhasil kirim.


Mohon penjelasan dan solusi nya untuk kami atas kasus tersebut, dimana 
pengiriman email dengan menggunakan MD Dynamic 365 selalu muncul error 
tersebut.
