The gcore project is intended to provide enhanced functionality for debugging user-space processes from a system crash-dump with MDB.
The code currently in the repository represents some work done a few years ago by myself and updated and improved by Rich Lowe. There's still an awful lot of work to do, especially in terms of cleanup.
