I am using the base ISO file for win8 and when attempting to boot a uefi based system works if the boot wim and the OS being deployed are the same architecture. That and the PXE/OSD server needs to be on 2012 as well. At least that is what we have discovered when trying to image the Lenovo Tablet 2 devices.
