Hi David,
We moved porttime functions into portmidi to simplify things, so
there should be a separate porttime.h, but no separate porttime.so.
Perhaps porttime.h should be automatically included by portmidi.h, but
the porttime functions are not really required (the user can provide
different time functions), so that's why they are currently separate.
