1. Exhibition Press ID Card is The 15th Indonesia International Motor
Show 2007 Press ID Card which officially issued by the organizer and a valid
one to access all information related to The 15th Indonesia International Motor
Show 2007 exhibition. 2. Exhibition Press ID Card is the entrance pass
that only valid during the exhibition (start from July 19th 28th 2007) and
exclude the Set-up Period. 3. Press ID Card which issued by ones media is
entitled as a Non Exhibition Press ID Card. 4. Non Exhibition Press Id
Card (Which is issued by ones media) is allowed to enter the exhibition area
during the exhibition period start from July 19th 28th 2007 at 09.00 22.00
BBWI. 5. Particularly on July 19th 2007, Press who possess The 15th
Indonesia International Motor Show 2007 Press ID Card shall enter the
exhibition area and Press Room at 07.00 am. 6. Start from July 20th to
July 28th 2007, Press Room will be open daily at 09.00 am until
10.00 pm. 7. The 15th Indonesia International Motor Show Press ID Card
registration process begins on February 1st 2007 and closed on June 1st 2007.
8. Any Request of The 15th Indonesia International Motor Show Press ID Card
Registration after the deadline (June 1st 2007) shall not be made. 9. Any
press registration after june 1st 2007 will be registered for the next
Indonesia International Motor Show (year 2008) 10. Press should register
to the organizer in order to have the Exhibition Press Id Card, by: -
Should press sending the already filled in registration form to the organizer.
- should Press contact the organizer in the Press Room which is located in
Hall B, to obtain the press registration form. 11. Press who possess The
15th Indonesia International Motor Show 2007 Press ID Card will have the
privilege to record during the exhibition, id est: a. Exclusive
pictures and news access that officially issued by the
organizer. b. Press shall access the whole news not to mention pictures
which officially issued by the organizer on www.indonesianmotorshow.com or in
the Press Room. c. All registered Press (Press has possession of The 15th
Indonesia International Motor Show Press ID Card) shall get Password in order
to access the whole information given by the organizer on
www.indonesianmotorshow.com d. Password shall be given subsequent to the
registration and verification process made. e. Press room equipped with
facilities such as Personal Computer, Unlimited internet access, copier
machine, printer, telephone and fax to be of assistance for press to send news.
f. Press Kit packed with exhibitions important information such as
pictures, official releases, Press Briefing Schedule, exhibition daily program
schedule and other supporting information in hardcopy and softcopy. 12.
CASE OF NOT BRINGING OR LOOSING PRESS ID CARD
Registered Press (Press has possession of The 15th Indonesia International
Motor Show Press ID Card) who fails to bring or lose ones Exhibition Press ID
Card is allowed to enter the press room by:
a. Bringing companys ID Card or Name Card as a authentication to the
organizer. b. Bringing Magazine, Newspaper, Video Tape, and Cassette
depicting press work. c. All list mentioned above are required to
fulfilled and given to the organizer (red. PR Staff) as a proof to create a
temporary pass for making an event coverage. (Press Temporary Pass) d. The
substitute of exhibition Press ID Card (Press Temporary Pass) is valid only for
1 day and void for the next day. e. Press loosing ones The 15th Indonesia
International Motor Show 2007 Press ID Card should inform the organizer 2 days
prior to press arrival in the exhibition arena (please contact the organizer in
the press room). 13. For detailed Press Conference Schedule, Press
Briefing Schedule and also Exhibition Program Schedule, please logon to
