A Harrisburg man that appeared in a YouTube video bragging about his drug
exploits was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison Wednesday.

Joseph J. Moore, 23, who was in a 2005 video with others displaying guns and
saying he would never quit dealing no matter how many times he was jailed,
received the term from U.S. District Judge Sylvia Rambo. He blamed his
conviction on the video.

His co-defendants Carlton L. Easter, 21, and his cousin Jamel E. Easter, 25,
were sentenced to 17½ and 19 years respectively last month.

The trio were arrested March 29, 2007, when an informant working with federal
and local authorities made an arrangement to sell nine ounces of crack cocaine
to Jamel Easter.
