Hi Nick, there is an experimental end point exposing definition data
from the English Wiktionary at
https://en.wiktionary.org/api/rest_v1/?doc#!/Page_content/get_page_definition_term.

As described in the end point documentation, this end point is not
final yet, support is limited to English, and the output format is
subject to change. That said, we do intend to stabilize this in the
next months as the Android app and other consumers start using this
end point in production.
