No, Wikipedia and Commons often use different page names. For example,
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A._E._Waite vs
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Arthur_Edward_Waite. I'm not
sure about DBpedia. I thought DBpedia had mostly been replaced by Wikidata.
