Add fieldset class in Special:Ask (this change is a minor incision) This change makes it possible to add a JavaScipt in Common.js allowing the fieldset "Other options" to be collapsible because for printers with a long list of options it can be daunting to scroll to the actual result The JavaScript that implements the collapsible function is provided at swm.org/snippsets The two files added in this commit are copied from the SF folder which implements to same functionality in Special:CreateForm.
