Fix bug with the Vector extension catching page leaves overmuch The Vector extension has some cleverness that warns the user when they leave an edit page without saving their work. It incorrectly catches the EducationProgram edit functions, however. This patch changes the value of an mw.config setting to allow pass through. Hopefully it works, the docs aren't good enough for me to test locally.
