remove heavily outdated ipmi entries in esams
These IPs are something different and really old.
They are actually the mgmt IPs of ms-be and ms-fe swift boxes.
compare these to 10.in-addr.arpa:
$ORIGIN 0.21.{{ zonename }}.
1-8 are swift boxes
there is a comment that 46-50 are used by toolserver (which is dead)
and then it's followed by amssq servers.
host 10.21.0.7
7.0.21.10.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer ms-fe3002.mgmt.esams.wmnet.
