Script updates for the new deployment system * Split deployment locations out to a separate templated file * Abstract dblist location in the hopes that it may be changed some day * Run cron jobs purge-checkuser, update-special-pages, update-special-pages-small, wikimedia-periodic-update.sh from the deployed location (/usr/local/apache/common). Allow configuration of the log file location. * Allow the sql script to run from hosts other than fenari, removed its "connect to localhost" feature. Removed commented-out code. * Updated set-group-write2, it hasn't needed /apache/common as a target since the scap scripts were switched over to use the mwdeploy user some months ago. All untested.
