mediawiki: ttf-gujarati-fonts replaced by fonts-gujr-extra
fonts-gujr-extra has been installed (Ie20e26542d1b44), but
it replaces ttf-gujarati-fonts. and if we tell puppet to install
both then it will remove and reinstall one or the other on every single
puppet run.
