db-eqiad.php: Add coment to db1041 running alter
db1041 will start to run a long alter table, add it to its status
This is the old old master, so it is likely it would be the last option
in case a server needs to be pooled in this shard during the weekend. We
would still have 2 hosts for this shard to be pooled if needed
