admin: Remove deployers from restricted group
The `restricted` group offers an access to the production servers,
allowing for example to run maintenance scripts.
These permissions are already included in the `deployment` group.
Removes the following users: hoo khorn ssastry nuria legoktm addshore
They are all already in deployment group.
