There haven't been any i18n deployments lately. Whether this tells that we are better at avoiding critical bugs or just temporary luck, I don't know.
Having said that, something slipped past our test and broke the ability to change message group states. I'm planning to backport https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/26765/ which fixes it.
