Firstly i recommend: 1. Enable HTML Tidy on your wiki install <http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:%24wgUseTidy> 2. Export the template from en.wiki using Special:Export <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Export> 3. Make sure you have all the required CSS stylings copied over from en.wiki to yours, The main places to check would be the (A) Common.Css <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Common.css> (B) Monobook.Css <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Monobook.css> as well as any other css files for skins your using.
