That seems to have done the trick. The documentation on that page is pretty sparse and doesn't mention anything except "using Batik to render SVG graphics on some systems" so I don't think I ever would have found it without your help. Inside thumbs/ folder, filenames are used as folders to > hold their thumbnails. I didn't see the /thumb/ in that path, which is what threw me. I was thinking that was the path to the main image.
