Well, I do agree with Steve: why one should suppose that something doesn't ::exist:: yet, if he can ::see:: it?
The bug here is the fact that it's done with developer's view, while UI should be done with plain user's view. You have to "create" it on the ::database::, but users should not care about databases and stuff. If something is right there in front of your eyes, then you have nothing to create, for common sense.
