Ah, those wily Wikipedians embarrassing me in front of my billion year old mom. Indeed, one finds not a single <noscript> on the entire http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pale_of_Settlement page, nor I bet on the entire http://en.wikipedia.org/ .
