That's correct. Thanks for replying. The author of 
Extension:WorkingWiki confirmed the issue was to be fixed by commenting
out the $wgCapitalLinks=false or by changing it to true so I nixed it.
He said (for those interested) that the extension did not "require" the
setting to be false to work. So I figured that anything I could do to
ease the load on Mediawiki & myself ; I would do.
