Folks I really need to be able to display the history and such in the local timezone.
I've been all through this page: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Timezone and tried all the methods; nothing works. My times are stubbornly set in UTC. My users are screaming; they want the revision times in their local timezone.
