I want to create a namespace for documentation that I do not want searchable
and would like it secured.
I could get 1 to work and it is searchable and not secure 2 does not seem to
work

$wgGroupPermissions['sysop']['editfoo'] = true; //permission "editfoo"
granted to users in the "sysop" group
