This is actually a private network and a sandbox server, it looks like a redirect loop . I have a development and production site. The production site shows similar traffic the development looks fine. I use automation scripts to build my servers and I built a new sandbox with those scripts, identical to the sandbox and nothing. No one else looks at the sandbox but me.
