I'm not aware about any existing solutions. You can link Mediawiki from gitlab (wiki with only one page saying go to wiki.domain.com) and gitlab from mediawiki (from MediaWiki:sidebar maybe). If you want something deeper, you can use Extension:Widgets, linked in previous mail.
