All right, let me give you some context:

My wiki has a namespace which consists of only semantic-mediawiki
powered automatically generated pages. These pages do not have any "real
content" but only SMW properties.

The actual rendering is done by templates. These templates are also
generated by a bot based on a git repo and contain translatable passages.

Whenever the bot updates the templates I want it to also mark the latest
revision for translation.

Hope this helps to understand where I am coming from.
