Public bug reported:
Skype works flawlessly only if it's the first and only app I start after
booting.
If I start any other app, whether before or after starting Skype, it
just loses all sound capabilities(video however, works perfectly in any
circumstance).
I'm running Ubuntu 9.04 with Gnome and have tried ALSA, PulseAudio and
OSS mixers and packages, but the bug persists.
Please help :)
