yes, can confirm, that connection i back in Lucid Beta2. It works again. So everybody, who added the corresponding line in /etc/hosts should now remove this line in /etc/hosts. It is not necessary anymore.
Just because of being interested: does anybody know, what finally caused this crash of medibuntu?? No, I do not want to open up any Blog or something like this!! No way!! I am only interested in the cause myself. Because it appeared somehow strange.
