The opening description may not be clear enough, but I can confirm with this bug. Using Kubuntu 10.04, with Qt library 4.6.2 (I have deleted all the libQt*.so and quite a few other *.so from the google-earth install path so that Qt libraries from the system rather than the version provided with Google Earth 5.1 can be used (otherwise Chinese characters would not be rendered, and Qt apperance won't be consistent with KDE settings), all the popups, bubble contents are blank and empty. They use to display their contents on 9.04, 9.10, but after upgrading to 10.04, this bug occurs.
And if running Google Earth from the command line, the message undefined:4: ReferenceError: Can't find variable: ge_bridge is returned every time trying to open a bubble. I have attached my screenshot here. ** Attachment added: "Google Earth bubble empty on Kubuntu 10.04.png" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/48233215/Google%20Earth%20bubble%20empty%20on%20Kubuntu%2010.04.png -- googleearth 5 does not display pictures images in ubuntu 10.04 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/572562 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Medibuntu Packaging Team, which is the registrant for Medibuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~medibuntu-maintainers Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~medibuntu-maintainers More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
