Hi,
Can you reach medibuntu if you don't use apt-cacher?
apt-cacher-ng deals with medibuntu just fine, so I'm guessing it's
either a connectivity issue, or an apt-cacher bad config or bug.
I really doubt it's a medibuntu problem.
