Gauvain Pocentek proposed the following answer:
Jaunty is not supported anymore, so the default installation method will
not work.

You can edit /etc/apt/sources.list though ('sudo gedit
/etc/apt/sources.list' in a terminal) and add the following line :

deb http://packages.medibuntu.org/ jaunty free non-free

And then run:

apt-get update
apt-get install medibuntu-keyring
apt-get update
