Hi, We are a Magic 5.5.1 hospital with EDM. We have a problem at my facility with which physician will receive information on a patient POST on the ED visit. Right now, there is a query on the triage screen for the follow-up physician's name. For the orders, the follow up physician entered in the triage screen defaults in on the orders. All the patient's reports are going to that follow-up physician even if they come in with an obvious problem such as an orthopedic problem. The follow-up physician is entered as the primary care physician mostly. When the radiologists dictate the report it goes to the follow-up physician that's entered on the requisition.
