We recently upgraded from a Vitros 250 to a Vitros 350.  The 350 is
connected via a Xyplex
1620 termserver and results are crossing the interface to Meditech.  There
have been
several Ortho service calls for the analyzer itself and hospital planned
system downtime
since the 350 implementation.  What we are finding is after downtime, it
takes many
attempts to clear the buffer on the analyzer and usually more than one
reboot to get the
analyzer interface running.  The port settings/cabling are as Meditech
recommends.  Is
anyone else experiencing problems with the 350?
