======================================

Hi all,

We purchased LSS last year, and have successfully implemented the
product in 3 physician practices. We are now looking to move all our PF
billing for hospital based services into LSS.

We are currently billing all professional charges for Radiology,
Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, Cardiac Interpretation, Emergency
Room, Pathology, Resp Therapy, a Hospitalist program, and 3 Surgeons all
out of MT. We are also billing globally for a freestanding mammography
clinic (on a 1500). As you may know, MT is not really built for PF
billing and we are trying to move most if not all these services to LSS
as soon as possible.

I am looking for some contacts successfully using LSS to bill
professional charges performed in an outpatient hospital setting. I
would love to meet up with someone at MUSE in Orlando who is already
doing this, talk about the challenges and processes involved,
implementation timelines, etc. Please contact me directly if you will
be (willing and) available. I'll even buy you a drink while we talk :-)

We have some ideas of the challenges, for example how to get charges
from $T Radiology into LSS, or how to get oncology charges from IMPAC
into LSS without having to ghost through MT B/AR. We know there is an
interface option that posts all charges as zero into MT B/AR and then
are picked up by LSS somehow. That is about all I have so far.

TIA!
