Hi Renee, You can write this report out of mri.patient.file with index of mri.pat.visits to pull the visit subscript. To pick up the most recent visit, you have to use the following computed field and set up in your selection. VAL=99999999-((@First(visit.subscript))#"0|"$8)<99999999. I have a report which you can modify for your need. I restricted my report for specific group of locations for our facility. Please let me know if you have any questions.
