I'm looking for any EDs that have recently undergone their JCAHO surveys and had their Med Reconcilliation process reviewed. Primarily, I'm interested in what you have in place to provide the patient at time of discharge. We are a Magic
5.5 SR2 site, and would like to configure the RXM module to address this issue.
