We've had a similar problem with Departmental reports being blank in PCI. The report will actual show up in the physician's esign que but when he arrows in to review the report it is blank. Meditech says it's a compile lock. They tried to say the compile lock occurred because the transcriptionist used "". This is not always the case. Sometimes this issue happens without the transcriptionist using "". A lot of times they use quotes and it works as it should, so I do not believe it's the "" causing the compile lock. We have to call them with every example and they go in and release the lock.
