We have just brought our inpatient OT/PT departments up with on-line documentation. They have started using the care planning routine for their problem list and their goals. The thought by the departments when we started building is that the physician's don't look at our plans of care but they do read our progress notes. So now after being LIVE for a week they physician's want to know how to view their goals. We were wondering how other facilities are handling this /
