I have not looked at the Cambridge emulator for a while, but that was always the best native emulator. I would not screw around with virtual PC or the boot Camp, I would get parallel workstation (like Vmware)http://www.parallels.com/en/products/workstation/mac/ and it runs great on the Mac and runs native windows as virtual machines.
