As many of you have noticed, for the last few months, instead of running efficiently, the meditech-l has been sort of "limping" along.
The problems are complicated, but a simple explanation is that the server and The Mailman software are having problems with the size of the list and the number of "dead" addresses on the list. They are wasting too much time sending and resending to bad addresses. Many messages being sent to good addresses are getting lost in the effort. I want you to know that I am taking steps to improve the situation.
