Hi L I have a question for you about dispensing machines and the refill list. We went LIVE this week with 5 dispensing machines (Acudose) in profile mode. We are finding that the refill lists contain ALL the meds on the profile, and not just the few meds that are not in the dispensing machines. This means that the patient is getting charged twice, because we charge at refill.
