We are currently printing a NPR report for BBK crossmatch/assignment cards to the Datamax Prodigy printer with no problems. We are trying to convert our Lab label printers to the DATAMAX I class networked printers. I can print the NPR BBK Custom Xmatch and Assign card to the Networked Datamax I class printer, but the Network print manager errors "Error in Printing" even though the report has actually printed. This same printer has been setup for lab specimens and it does not error through the network. Has anyone else experienced this problem. If so how did you resolve it. Thanks. Linda
