Hello All, I am wondering if anyone out there has an NPR that will show Provider changes to a patient's Admission record for patients registered to a specific Location? I don't have a lot of experience with NPR, so I thought I would ask the question of the L first.
We are trying to see how many physician's on the registrations are being entered incorrectly, or are not updated in a timely manner.
